What's On Board Detroit Buses
Party buses typically come loaded with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, wraparound leather seating, flat-panel TVs, and Bluetooth sound — everything a bachelorette crew or birthday group wants for a night rolling through Corktown or the Detroit bar circuit. Minibuses are the cleaner fit for wedding guest shuttles and corporate transfers, with reclining seats, climate control, and overhead storage built in. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which matters on longer runs out to Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkston or the Michigan Stadium campus in Ann Arbor.
Amenities vary by vehicle, but comparing what each one includes is exactly what the quote tool is built to show you.

Party Bus Services in Detroit
Dearbornpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find group transportation for any occasion across metro Detroit. From airport transfers and sporting event shuttles to wedding transportation, bachelorette parties, prom, concerts, corporate shuttles, and school field trips — whatever brings your group together in Detroit, there is a bus ready for it. Call 734-691-3720 to get your group moving.

Detroit Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) in Romulus handles more than 34 million passengers annually and sits roughly 20 miles southwest of downtown Detroit — which means the I-94 corridor between the airport and the city can back up fast, especially on weekday afternoons or around sold-out events downtown. Managing that drive for 15 or 20 people spread across separate rideshares turns a group arrival into a coordination headache before anyone has even reached the hotel.
A charter bus or minibus found through Dearbornpartybuscompany.com gets your full group picked up curbside and delivered straight to your hotel, venue, or next stop without anyone splitting off. DTW operates two main terminals — the McNamara Terminal, home to Delta, and the North Terminal — and charter buses meet groups on the lower-level Ground Transportation curb at each terminal. Confirm your exact pickup location on the official DTW ground transportation page before you land, and have your group fully assembled with luggage before signaling the bus.
For a full walkthrough of DTW group logistics, read the DTW airport group shuttle guide. Call 734-691-3720 to get started on your airport transfer.

Detroit Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Detroit has a genuine nightlife scene that consistently surprises out-of-town guests. Corktown — the city's oldest neighborhood — runs along Michigan Avenue with packed bars, cocktail spots, and restaurants that stay busy well past midnight, with the energy around the restored Michigan Central Station drawing even more foot traffic to the area. From Corktown, a good bachelorette itinerary might run through Greektown for dinner and casino action along Monroe Street, then push into Midtown around the bars off Cass Avenue for late-night.
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus found through Dearbornpartybuscompany.com keeps the whole crew together across every stop, with a full bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound turning the ride itself into part of the celebration. Even people who know Detroit well can hit unexpected construction detours or find that street parking near Greektown Casino has changed. A party bus routes around all of it.
Call 734-691-3720 to compare bachelorette party bus options in Detroit now.

Detroit Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A Detroit birthday party bus rental turns the ride to the venue into the first stop of the night. Party buses seating 15 to 50 passengers are the right fit for milestone birthdays, Sweet 16 celebrations, and quinceañera groups heading to banquet halls and event spaces across metro Detroit — from reception venues in Dearborn and Southgate to downtown spaces like the Detroit Athletic Club or event halls in Eastern Market.
For adult milestone birthdays, a night that starts with dinner in Midtown and runs to late-night dancing in Greektown works cleanly with a party bus connecting the stops — everyone arrives together, no one hunts for parking on Monroe Street, and the group does not splinter between bars. Bus colors can often be requested to match your event theme. Use the online quote tool to check availability and compare sizes for your date, or call 734-691-3720 any time to get help choosing the right fit.

Detroit Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Two venues define the concert calendar for groups in the Detroit area. Little Caesars Arena at 2645 Woodward Ave handles national touring acts through the full NHL and NBA season and well into summer. Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkston — an indoor/outdoor amphitheater about 40 miles north of downtown via I-75 — draws massive summer crowds to Sashabaw Road, where post-show traffic backs up for miles and parking on major nights sells out in advance.
Getting 20 people out to Clarkston and home again without anyone coordinating a caravan of cars is where a Detroit concert bus rental earns its keep.
The Fox Theatre at 2211 Woodward Ave is another consistent group destination — a historic 5,000-seat venue that hosts Broadway tours, major performers, and events throughout the year as part of The District Detroit complex. For Little Caesars Arena events, the Little Caesars Arena group guide covers drop-off details on Henry Street. For any Pine Knob run, compare bus options through the quote tool or call 734-691-3720 to get an all-inclusive rate in under 30 seconds.

Detroit Corporate Event Transportation
Huntington Place at One Washington Blvd in downtown Detroit is the city's primary convention center and hosts some of the largest events in the country — including the North American International Auto Show every January, which fills every parking structure within walking distance of the waterfront and pushes rideshare demand up across the entire downtown core. Getting a team of 40 or 50 to and from the convention floor without losing half the day to transportation logistics is what a Detroit corporate event shuttle through Dearbornpartybuscompany.com is designed to solve.
Shuttle circuits between downtown hotels and Huntington Place, executive transfers to DTW, or team-building runs out to Ford's campus in Dearborn — a 15–35 passenger minibus handles all of those efficiently, with reclining seats, climate control, and power outlets. For larger groups moving in bulk, a full 56-passenger charter bus keeps everyone on the same schedule. Call 734-691-3720 to set up a corporate shuttle package for your Detroit event.

Detroit Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a large group outing in Detroit? A Detroit private event charter bus or party bus keeps a family reunion, a church group, a fraternal organization, or a milestone celebration running on a single coordinated schedule instead of splitting into a caravan of personal vehicles.
Movement Electronic Music Festival brings tens of thousands of attendees to Hart Plaza on the Detroit Riverfront every Memorial Day weekend — one of the oldest electronic music events in the world, with multiple stages of programming across the whole long weekend. Jefferson Avenue fills from the Renaissance Center to the MacArthur Bridge, and rideshare surge pricing on the riverfront climbs sharply by mid-afternoon Saturday. A private charter bus drops your group at the festival entrance before the worst of it and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged point when you are done — no parking hunt, no surge queue.
For the Detroit Grand Prix on Belle Isle each June, access via the MacArthur Bridge is controlled during race weekend and parking inside the circuit is at a premium. Charter bus logistics for race weekend work best planned well ahead through Dearbornpartybuscompany.com. Call 734-691-3720 to get started.

Detroit Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across metro Detroit runs from late April through May, with schools in Wayne County, Oakland County, and Macomb County scheduling proms within a tight window — which means bus availability gets thin fast. For any spring prom date, booking four to six months ahead gives you the best vehicle selection and the most competitive rates.
To give you an idea of what timing does to pricing: a 6-hour prom rental for 30 students — school pickup, a photo stop at the Detroit Riverwalk or Belle Isle, venue drop-off and after-party return — might run $1,700–$2,100 all-inclusive when booked months early, and $2,700–$3,400 or more last-minute, if availability remains at all. For prom: the earlier you book, the better your vehicle selection and the lower your rate. Dearbornpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare bus sizes, confirm your prom itinerary, and plan ahead for your date. Call 734-691-3720 to check Detroit prom bus availability now.

Detroit School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Metro Detroit has a strong set of field trip destinations that reward group transportation planning. The Detroit Institute of Arts at 5200 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48202 holds one of the most significant art collections in the country and serves school groups from across the region. The Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation at 20900 Oakwood Blvd in Dearborn puts decades of American history within reach for student groups.
The Detroit Zoo at 8450 W 10 Mile Rd in Royal Oak gives K–12 groups a full day of programming on a large, walkable campus.
What those destinations share is complicated bus access. The DIA has limited space for large buses near the Woodward Avenue entrance, and the Henry Ford Museum routes charter buses to a designated entry on Village Road. ADA-accessible vehicles are available for these trips, and full-size charter buses generally include TV monitors, a PA system, and onboard restrooms that make longer drives more manageable for younger groups.
Detroit school event bus rentals start with comparing options through Dearbornpartybuscompany.com. Call 734-691-3720 to get started.

Detroit Sporting Event Transportation
Three of Detroit's four major professional sports venues sit within a few blocks of each other downtown — Ford Field at 2000 Brush St for the Lions, Comerica Park at 2100 Woodward Ave for the Tigers, and Little Caesars Arena at 2645 Woodward Ave for the Red Wings and Pistons. On game nights, parking structures along Gratiot, Brush, and Woodward fill hours before tip-off, and the pedestrian traffic between venues makes Woodward Avenue difficult to navigate by car.
A Detroit sporting event bus rental solves the whole equation. For Lions games at Ford Field, the Ford Field group guide covers drop-off and staging logistics; for Tigers games, the Comerica Park group guide walks through the Woodward Avenue approach; and for Red Wings or Pistons games, the Little Caesars Arena group guide covers the Henry Street drop-off. Party buses seating 15 to 50 passengers come with a full bar and sound system, so the pregame energy builds on the ride downtown.
Call 734-691-3720 to compare options and get an all-inclusive rate.

Detroit Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Detroit wedding shuttle takes the parking problem off your guest list entirely — and in a city where several of the most popular reception venues either have limited on-site parking or sit in areas where street parking disappears on weekend evenings, that matters more than most couples expect during planning.
The Detroit Opera House at 1526 Broadway, Detroit, MI 48226 is one of downtown's most sought-after ceremony and reception venues, but downtown weekend parking fills fast and getting guests from a hotel block to the venue in formalwear requires a shuttle plan. Meadow Brook Hall at Oakland University in Rochester, a National Historic Landmark, routes guest buses to designated drop-off areas along the estate entrance drive. The Henry, Autograph Collection in Dearborn handles a large share of southeast Michigan's wedding and corporate event business, and a minibus loop from nearby hotel blocks is exactly the right size for a guest shuttle circuit.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles bridal party logistics on the day itself. Call 734-691-3720 to compare wedding shuttle options and get started on your date.

Detroit Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Michigan's growing craft brewery scene is well represented in Detroit and the surrounding neighborhoods. Atwater Brewery at 237 Jos Campau Ave in Hamtramck has been one of the area's anchor spots for years, with a full taproom and year-round seasonal offerings that make it a natural first stop on a group tour. Motor City Brewing Works at 470 W Canfield St in Midtown pairs well with the bars along Cass Avenue.
Eastern Market's Saturday evening scene along Russell Street adds a food-and-drink dimension that works for mixed groups who want variety across one night.
A Detroit winery tour bus rental keeps your group together from stop to stop — which matters when you are covering Hamtramck, Midtown, and Eastern Market in one night, three areas where weekend street parking is either scarce or enforced aggressively. No one misses a stop, no one gets separated, and no one has to figure out where to leave the car. For groups wanting to extend the trip toward Michigan wine country further north, a charter bus to the Lake Erie shoreline wineries in Monroe County is a manageable run.

Frequently Asked Questions About Detroit Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?

What is Dearbornpartybuscompany.com?
Dearbornpartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation serving Detroit and southeast Michigan. It lets you compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus options through one online form — so you can weigh prices and vehicles side by side and move forward with the right fit for your group.
How does Dearbornpartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, and pickup and drop-off locations — and you will see options from transportation companies serving your area. Compare vehicles, review what amenities are included, and check estimated pricing in one place. If you would rather talk through the options first, call 734-691-3720 any time to help build a quote around your specific itinerary.
How much does a party bus cost in Detroit?
Detroit party bus pricing varies by vehicle size, date, and trip length. To give you a planning idea: 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Call 734-691-3720 or use the online tool for an all-inclusive quote based on your specific date and itinerary — pricing comes back in under 30 seconds.
Visit the Detroit party bus prices page for more detail.
When is the busiest time for party bus rentals in Detroit?
Prom season (late April through May) is the highest-demand window across metro Detroit, followed by Movement Electronic Music Festival weekend on Memorial Day, Detroit Grand Prix weekend on Belle Isle in early June, and Lions home games during the NFL regular season (September through January). If your date falls near any of those, booking three to four months ahead is the right move. For prom specifically, booking as early as possible is always the safer call.
Can I book a bus from Detroit to Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor?
Yes — Ann Arbor is about 45 miles west of downtown Detroit on I-94, and a charter bus for a Wolverines game at Michigan Stadium (the Big House) is one of the most popular longer runs from the metro. The stadium seats over 107,000, and parking in Ann Arbor on game days is notoriously limited. Having the bus handle the drive and the parking equation lets your whole group focus on the game rather than logistics.
Call 734-691-3720 to get a quote for your Ann Arbor trip.
What bus size works best for a downtown Detroit game night?
For a group of 10 to 20, a Sprinter limo or a 15- to 20-passenger party bus is the natural fit — maneuverable enough for downtown streets and easy to stage off-site while your group is inside the venue. For 25 to 50 people, a mid-size party bus or minibus is the standard pick. For groups larger than 50, a full charter bus with undercarriage storage is the right call, especially on road trips to Pine Knob in Clarkston or Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor.
Not sure which size fits your headcount? Call 734-691-3720 for help narrowing it down.
Popular Detroit Party Bus Destinations
Detroit's sports venues, festival grounds, historic markets, and riverfront parks create a steady calendar of group transportation occasions throughout the year. Whether your group is heading to a game, a show, or just a long Saturday in the city, here are six destinations worth planning around.

Ford Field
Ford Field at 2000 Brush St, Detroit, MI 48226 is home to the Detroit Lions and also hosts major concerts, Monster Jam, and international soccer matches — with a seating capacity of approximately 65,000, it is one of the larger indoor stadiums in the country. On game days, parking structures along Gratiot and Adams fill hours before kickoff, and the streets around the stadium — including Brush, St. Antoine, and Montcalm — see some of the worst vehicle and pedestrian congestion in the metro. Charter bus groups avoid the lot scramble and the post-game rideshare queue by loading out through the stadium's designated bus approach rather than fighting the general parking exit.
For a full breakdown of drop-off logistics, approach timing, and staging detail, read the Ford Field group guide before your visit.
Address: 2000 Brush St, Detroit, MI 48226 Phone: (313) 262-2000

Little Caesars Arena
Little Caesars Arena at 2645 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201 opened in 2017 as the home of both the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons, sitting at the core of The District Detroit development that also includes the Fox Theatre, hotels, and entertainment along Woodward. The arena holds roughly 20,000 for hockey and just over 21,000 for basketball, and on a sold-out Red Wings playoff night, Woodward Avenue between Grand Circus Park and the arena backs up significantly — parking structures near the venue fill well before puck drop. Bus groups heading to events here find that drop-off on Henry Street, along the arena's east side, keeps them out of the worst Woodward congestion and puts them steps from the entrance.
Review the full logistics in the Little Caesars Arena group guide before your event.
Address: 2645 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201 Phone: (313) 471-7000

Comerica Park
Comerica Park at 2100 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201 is home to the Detroit Tigers and sits in the heart of the downtown core with views of the city skyline over the left-field seats. The park opened in 2000 and hosts a full concert series on top of the baseball schedule — when concerts are booked, parking on Woodward, Adams, and in the surrounding structures fills by the first act, and the walk from remote surface lots runs 15 minutes or more in each direction. A charter bus or party bus drops your group at the ballpark entrance and takes the parking question entirely off the table.
For approach logistics and drop-off zone details, read the Comerica Park group transportation guide before your game day.
Address: 2100 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201 Phone: (313) 471-2000

Hart Plaza & Detroit Riverfront
Hart Plaza at 1 Hart Plaza, Detroit, MI 48226 anchors the Detroit Riverfront along the Detroit River and serves as the city's primary festival grounds. Movement Electronic Music Festival takes over the plaza every Memorial Day weekend — one of the oldest and most respected electronic music events in the world, with programming across multiple outdoor stages. The Detroit Jazz Festival on Labor Day weekend draws hundreds of thousands of free attendees along the Riverwalk.
During either festival, Jefferson Avenue congests from the Renaissance Center to the MacArthur Bridge, and rideshare pricing on the riverfront climbs sharply on peak days. A private charter bus or party bus that delivers your group to the festival entrance and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged point — no surge queue, no parking hunt — is the most reliable way in and out.
Address: 1 Hart Plaza, Detroit, MI 48226

Eastern Market
Eastern Market at 2934 Russell St, Detroit, MI 48207 is one of the oldest and largest wholesale and public markets in the United States — a 43-acre complex of market sheds, specialty vendors, restaurants, and galleries that runs a massive public market every Saturday morning and hosts Flower Day in May, one of the largest single-day flower markets in the country. The neighborhood has built up a strong bar and restaurant scene that draws group outings on Saturday evenings and Sunday brunch. Street parking in Eastern Market is limited on market Saturdays and genuinely non-existent during Flower Day, when thousands of visitors fill every surface lot and side street in the surrounding blocks.
A bus that drops your group on Russell Street and stages nearby while you browse the market is the practical solution for a group of 15 or 20.
Address: 2934 Russell St, Detroit, MI 48207 Phone: (313) 833-9300

Belle Isle Park
Belle Isle Park is a 982-acre island state park in the Detroit River, connected to the mainland via the MacArthur Bridge on East Jefferson Avenue and managed by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. The island hosts the Detroit Grand Prix each spring — a street circuit that takes over the island's roads and draws racing fans from across the region — as well as summer fireworks, athletic events, and the Dossin Great Lakes Museum at 100 Strand Dr on the island's north shore. During Grand Prix weekend, bridge access is controlled and parking within the circuit is limited.
Even on non-event weekends, the two-lane bridge creates a natural bottleneck that makes a single bus carrying your whole group far more practical than a caravan of individual cars circling for a spot on the island's surface lots.
Address: Belle Isle Park, Detroit, MI 48207 (access via MacArthur Bridge on East Jefferson Ave)
