Compare Westland Party Bus Prices Side by Side
Westland sits at a genuinely useful crossroads for group travel. I-275 runs right through the city's western edge, I-96 is a few miles north, and Ford Road (M-153) gives you a clear east-west corridor toward Detroit or out into Canton and Plymouth. That road network is great for getting around — but it also means that on Lions game days, summer concert nights, and holiday weekends, every other group heading to downtown Detroit or DTW is on those same roads at the same time.
Getting from Westland to Ford Field on a packed Sunday afternoon is a very different run than the same trip at noon on a Tuesday.
Dearbornpartybuscompany.com gives you the comparison advantage you need to plan around all of that. One form surfaces vehicle options, availability, and all-inclusive pricing from providers that actually serve the western Wayne County market — so instead of calling around and trying to keep track of who offered what, you see everything side by side. Compare bus types, check your date, and call 734-691-3720 when you're ready to get the details sorted.
Custom packages — one-ways, round-trips, multi-stop itineraries, and event-day pickups — are all available, and party bus rentals in Westland have never been easier to compare and arrange.
Westland Party Bus & Group Transportation Services
Dearbornpartybuscompany.com helps Westland groups compare transportation for every occasion on the calendar — from airport runs and prom nights to stadium game days and wedding guest shuttles. Whatever's bringing your group together, there's a bus ready for it. Here's how the website can help:

Westland Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) is about 12 miles south of Westland via I-275 — a quick run under normal conditions, and a noticeably longer one during the windows that actually matter. Departure morning for a group of 15 or 20 people, all with luggage and arriving from multiple Westland addresses, is not a normal-conditions situation. Coordinating separate cars, keeping everyone on the same timing window, and navigating the I-275 interchange at Ecorse Road during morning peak hours consistently turns a smooth departure into a stressful one.
A Westland airport shuttle consolidates all of that into one coordinated pickup and one direct run south to the terminal. DTW splits across two main facilities: the McNamara Terminal serves Delta and most international departures, while the North Terminal handles other carriers. Both have their own ground transportation pickup areas, so confirming your terminal before the bus moves matters.
The complete DTW group shuttle guide covers pickup and drop-off logistics for each terminal. Have everyone assembled with bags before calling for the bus — DTW keeps its curbside zones moving. Call 734-691-3720 to set up your Westland airport group transportation!

Westland Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Westland bachelorette night done right starts with everyone on the same bus before the first stop — and the itinerary builds momentum from there. Head east on I-96 into Detroit and work through Corktown's cocktail bar scene along Michigan Avenue, then push downtown for late-night clubs in Greektown or the heart of the entertainment corridor. Or keep it closer to home with a lap through Northville's walkable downtown, then east into Dearborn's Michigan Avenue strip for something different after midnight.
A 15- to 30-passenger party bus for your bachelor or bachelorette party runs with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and a Bluetooth sound system that keeps things going from the first pickup to the last stop. Nobody volunteers to stay sober as the designated driver, nobody gets stranded at stop two, and everyone heads home from the same final drop-off point. The bus runs on your group's schedule — not a rideshare algorithm that spikes rates at 1 AM.
Call 734-691-3720 to check availability and get a quote for your Westland bachelorette party bus!

Westland Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival turns heads before the celebration even starts — and for Sweet 16 and Quinceañera events in western Wayne County, the entrance matters as much as anything that happens inside the venue. Western Wayne County's large and growing Latino community makes Quinceañera celebrations a major event category, and a white, black, or silver bus can be requested to coordinate with your event's color scheme. The bus picks up the court and family from multiple Westland addresses, makes a coordinated stop for photos, and delivers the guest of honor to a banquet hall on Ford Road, a venue in Canton or Dearborn, or wherever the celebration is being held.
For adult milestone birthday party bus events — a 30th headed to the rooftop bar scene in downtown Detroit or a 40th working through multiple stops across western Wayne County — the same logic applies. Nobody has to be the responsible one for the night. Use the quote tool or call 734-691-3720 to check availability, bus sizes, and color options for your Westland celebration!

Westland Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Detroit metro has a concert infrastructure that punches well above its weight — and Westland groups have convenient access to all of it. Little Caesars Arena (2645 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201) pulls in major touring acts year-round alongside Red Wings and Pistons schedules, and the post-show pedestrian congestion in the District Detroit makes rideshare pickup an unpredictable 20-to-30-minute wait on busy nights. Ford Field hosts stadium-level concerts with capacities exceeding 60,000, where thousands of fans pour onto Brush Street simultaneously after the final song.
And Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkston draws packed outdoor crowds each summer — about 45 miles north of Westland via I-275 to M-59 — with end-of-show lot traffic that can add 40 minutes to what looks like a short drive home.
A Westland concert shuttle handles the approach, parking, and post-show exit as a single package. Party buses keep the energy going with LED lighting and a sound system for the ride in, and your group stays together instead of splitting across multiple rideshare requests at midnight. For Little Caesars Arena group transportation logistics, the blog guide covers the drop-off and pickup specifics downtown.
Call 734-691-3720 to check availability for your concert date!

Westland Corporate Event Transportation
Corporate groups in Westland regularly make the 22-mile run east on I-96 into Detroit for board meetings, client events, and large conventions at Huntington Place on Jefferson Avenue. Off-peak, that run takes about 30 minutes. When there's a concert at Little Caesars Arena or a Lions game the same evening, downtown Detroit congestion can stretch that considerably.
Parking near Huntington Place or in the Midtown corridor for event-day visits typically runs $20–$35 per vehicle — which adds up fast when you're moving a team of 15 or 20 people.
A Westland corporate shuttle consolidates the team into one vehicle, handles the drop-off at your specific venue entrance, and keeps the schedule tight without anyone circling for parking. For executive transfers between Westland office locations and DTW, a Sprinter van with leather seating and USB charging at every seat is the right-sized vehicle. Companies needing recurring routes — daily employee shuttles between a western Wayne County campus and a downtown Detroit office — can arrange custom scheduling for recurring routes.
Call 734-691-3720 to discuss corporate shuttle pricing for your Westland team!

Westland Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church group outings, neighborhood association events — Westland private events come in every format, and a private bus is the cleanest solution for keeping a large group together and on schedule. Nankin Mills Interpretive Center, a Wayne County Parks nature site along the Middle Rouge River near Ann Arbor Trail in Westland, is a popular outdoor gathering spot that draws real parking headaches on busy summer weekends. The lots are modest for large groups, making a bus drop-off considerably more practical than a caravan of 15 separate cars hunting for spaces.
For larger private events running multiple stops — a family reunion hitting Nankin Mills in the morning and a banquet hall in Dearborn for dinner — a charter bus with undercarriage storage handles decorations and equipment for the full group across both legs. Custom pickup windows and return times can be built around your specific event timeline. Call 734-691-3720 to put together a Westland private event transportation package that fits your occasion!

Westland Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Wayne-Westland Community School District covers Westland, Wayne, and Inkster — and prom season across the district stacks right on top of prom season for every other school in Wayne and Washtenaw counties. Every parent group looking for a 20- or 25-passenger bus is going after the same pool of vehicles in the same compressed window. Demand goes from steady to sold out in the space of a few weeks, and the pricing gap between an early booking and a last-minute scramble is significant.
Book your prom bus in January or February or expect to pay considerably more and find far fewer options. A typical 6-hour prom package in Westland — school pickup, a photo stop, venue arrival, and an after-party return — runs around $1,800–$2,200 when booked months early but can reach $2,800–$3,500+ for groups that wait until March or April. These are example ranges to help you plan, not locked-in pricing. Dearbornpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare prom bus options, see what's available for your specific date, and get started on your spring plans before the window closes.
Call 734-691-3720 now!

Westland School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Westland school groups have access to outstanding field trip destinations within a short run east — and private charter buses handle the logistics so teachers and chaperones can focus on the students instead of parking and coordinating. The Detroit Institute of Arts (5200 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48202) is about 20 miles east and offers student group rates and guided tour programs worth booking well in advance. The Michigan Science Center (5020 John R St, Detroit, MI 48202) is nearby in the New Center neighborhood for hands-on science programming.
For outdoor education trips, Nankin Mills Nature Center sits minutes from most Westland campuses.
Private charter buses are a real upgrade from yellow school buses on longer runs — overhead storage for backpacks, climate control for warm May field trips, TVs and DVD players for the ride out, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles for groups going farther than downtown Detroit. ADA-accessible buses are available — just mention the need when you request a quote. Dearbornpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find the right vehicle size for your class and keep your Westland school field trip on schedule from pickup to return. Call 734-691-3720 to get your field trip bus sorted!

Westland Sporting Event Transportation
Western Wayne County sports fans have four major league franchises within 25 miles of Westland — the Lions at Ford Field, the Tigers at Comerica Park, and the Red Wings and Pistons sharing Little Caesars Arena on Woodward Avenue in Detroit. Add Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor 20 miles to the west, the largest football stadium in the country at 107,601-seat capacity, and game-day traffic on I-94, Plymouth Road, and State Street that backs up for hours around both kickoff and final whistle.
A Westland sporting event charter bus cuts out most of that hassle. Your group boards together in Westland, rides to the venue, and gets dropped near the gate while the bus stages off-site. No parking fees, no post-game rideshare queue in November wind, no 20-minute walk from a surface lot six blocks away.
See the Ford Field group transportation guide, the Michigan Stadium game-day bus guide, and the Little Caesars Arena group logistics guide for venue-specific drop-off and parking details. Call 734-691-3720 to get your game-day bus squared away before the season fills out!

Westland Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Weddings in Westland and the surrounding communities almost always mean guests arriving from multiple directions — family flying into DTW from out of state, friends driving in from Detroit or Ann Arbor, and local guests scattered across western Wayne County. Getting all of them to the ceremony on time without a coordinated shuttle is the kind of logistical puzzle that burns far more planning energy than it should.
A Westland wedding shuttle bus runs pickup loops from hotel blocks — properties near DTW along Merriman Road, the Hyatt Regency Dearborn in the neighboring city, or downtown Detroit hotels for destination-style celebrations — and delivers guests cleanly to the ceremony and reception venues on the wedding timeline. For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right-sized vehicle on the day-of run. If the reception is at a venue in Canton, Livonia, or Dearborn where parking is manageable but guest coordination is not, a shuttle loop between ceremony and reception takes the problem off the couple's plate entirely.
Call 734-691-3720 to work out the wedding transportation timeline!

Westland Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The western Wayne County area has craft beer and bar stops worth building an afternoon around — and a party bus handles the route so nobody has to be the one who stays sober at every stop. Falling Down Beer Company (131 E. Michigan Ave, Wayne, MI 48184), minutes east of Westland's city limits, is a local craft brewery with rotating taps and a relaxed taproom that makes a natural starting point for a western Wayne County crawl. From there, I-275 north puts your group in Northville's downtown in about 20 minutes, where the walkable Main Street stretch has wine bars and local spots worth lingering at.
Push a little farther west on I-94 and Ann Arbor's Main Street corridor delivers a concentrated stretch of breweries and craft bars — Grizzly Peak Brewing Co., Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales, and several Ann Arbor staples along South Main — all within easy walking distance of a single bus drop-off point. A winery tour and pub crawl party bus from Dearbornpartybuscompany.com keeps the whole group on one vehicle for the full circuit and nobody has to figure out who's getting everyone home. Call 734-691-3720 to put together your western Wayne County crawl itinerary!

Can a bus take my Westland group to and from DTW Airport?
Yes — and it's one of the most popular uses of the service for Westland groups. DTW is about 12 miles south via I-275, and a group shuttle consolidates what would otherwise be six separate cars into one coordinated run. The bus drops your group at the correct terminal curbside and can return for arrivals once everyone has collected their bags.
Read the DTW group shuttle guide for terminal-specific pickup and drop-off logistics, and call 734-691-3720 to set up your airport run.
What bus size do I need for my Westland group?
The right size depends on your headcount and your itinerary. Groups of 8–14 often work well with a Sprinter limo or Sprinter van. Groups of 15–30 are a good fit for a 20- or 30-passenger party bus.
Larger groups of 35–50 fit comfortably on a 40- or 50-passenger party bus or a minibus. For groups of 40–56 heading to games or conventions, a full-size charter bus with undercarriage storage is the right call. Call 734-691-3720 to match the right vehicle to your group's needs.
What amenities come standard on a Westland party bus rental?
Party buses typically include a full-length bar area, color-changing LED lighting, a Bluetooth-connected sound system, and wraparound seating built for group rides. Exact amenities and policies vary by vehicle and provider, so it's worth confirming the specifics when you request your quote.
Ask about those details when you call 734-691-3720 to get your options.
Popular Westland Party Bus Destinations
Westland's position in western Wayne County puts an impressive range of Michigan group destinations within a short bus ride. From downtown Detroit's major sports venues to Ann Arbor's college football scene to convention events in Oakland County — here are the most popular destinations Westland groups ride to:

Ford Field
Ford Field (2000 Brush St, Detroit, MI 48226) is home to the Detroit Lions and hosts major stadium concerts and events throughout the year. From Westland, the run east on I-96 to downtown Detroit covers about 23 miles. Game-day parking structures near Brush Street and Adams Avenue fill hours before kickoff, and post-game rideshare pickup gets pushed to designated zones where wait times stretch 20–30 minutes as thousands of fans clear the building at once.
A charter bus from Westland drops your group near the venue entrance and returns at a pre-arranged time — no parking fee, no post-game walk in November cold. See the complete Ford Field group transportation guide for current drop-off and parking logistics. Address: 2000 Brush St, Detroit, MI 48226.
Phone: (313) 262-2010.

Michigan Stadium
Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor — The Big House — holds 107,601 fans and is the largest football stadium in the United States. From Westland, it's about 20 miles west via I-94 or Michigan Avenue. On a Saturday home game, that 20-mile run can stretch to 45 minutes or longer as Ann Arbor's streets get overwhelmed by arriving traffic from every direction.
Campus parking lots fill by mid-morning for noon kickoffs, and the post-game exit through the I-94 on-ramps backs up across Plymouth Road. A group bus to Michigan Stadium keeps your crew together for the pregame and handles the post-game exit without anyone sitting in a parking structure crawl. Address: 1201 S Main St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.
Phone: (734) 764-0247.

Little Caesars Arena
Little Caesars Arena (2645 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201) is home to the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons and draws major touring acts year-round in the heart of the District Detroit. Parking immediately around the arena has tightened considerably as development filled in the surrounding blocks — structures within walking distance fill hours before tip-off or puck drop on big nights, and the post-concert crowd exiting onto Woodward Avenue makes rideshare pickups slow and unpredictable. A party bus from Westland runs the 24 miles east on I-96 and drops your group close to the main entrance on Woodward.
See the complete Little Caesars Arena group guide for drop-off and parking details. Address: 2645 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201. Phone: (313) 471-6600.

Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW)
Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport serves tens of millions of passengers annually and handles the bulk of national and international flights for southeastern Michigan. The airport sits about 12 miles south of Westland via I-275 — a quick run under normal conditions and a meaningfully longer one during the travel windows that actually matter, like Sunday afternoon departures, Thanksgiving week, and spring break. DTW operates two main terminals: McNamara Terminal for Delta and international departures, and the North Terminal for other carriers, each with its own ground transportation curbside zones.
Read the full DTW group shuttle guide for terminal-specific pickup and drop-off details. Address: 11050 Rogell Dr, Detroit, MI 48242. Phone: (734) 247-7678.

Comerica Park
Comerica Park (2100 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201) hosts Detroit Tigers baseball from April through October, and the ballpark at Woodward and Adams is one of the best in Major League Baseball for the in-game atmosphere. The location in downtown Detroit puts game-day parking in direct competition with Little Caesars Arena events, Huntington Place conventions, and general downtown foot traffic on busy summer weekends. Surface lots near the park fill before first pitch and charge $20–$30, and the walk from outlying garages can add 10 minutes each direction.
See the Comerica Park group transportation guide for current drop-off and parking logistics for Westland groups. Address: 2100 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201. Phone: (313) 471-2000.

Motor City Comic Con
Motor City Comic Con is one of Michigan's largest fan conventions, drawing tens of thousands of attendees to the Vibe Credit Union Showplace (formerly Suburban Collection Showplace, 46100 Grand River Ave, Novi, MI 48374) each spring — typically held in May. Novi sits about 20 miles north of Westland via I-275 North to Grand River Avenue. The venue has large surface parking areas, but they get genuinely congested during peak convention days as attendees arrive in the same morning window, and the Grand River Avenue approach backs up when the lot fills.
A group bus from Westland drops your crew at the entrance and stages off-site during the event so nobody misses panels or exhibits hunting for parking. See the Motor City Comic Con group bus guide for logistics and timing. Address: 46100 Grand River Ave, Novi, MI 48374.
Phone: (248) 348-5600.
